Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns on non-personalized products up to 21 days from delivery date. If you wish to return or exchange a non-personalized item for any reason, please contact us at customerservice@mochagreetings.com. Our customer service staff will be happy to give you the address and a return number for your order. The item must be in its original packaging, original box and include the packing slip for credit. Not including these items will delay processing of your return.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns. We strongly recommend that you insure the package as lost shipment is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please retain your return shipping receipt, MochaGreetings.com invoice and packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the product.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment upon return of the product in saleable condition. Credit card refunds will be issued on the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If you have paid with a gift certificate, returns will be reissued via gift certificate. Please understand, returns cannot be made on custom, personalized, sale and/or clearance items.
